Human-Centred Design (HCD) has become such a dogma that we automatically apply it. Are we doing the right thing? Are we sure that HCD alone can guarantee good products? Are we really sure that listening to users should be the very first aim of our design process? Understanding our users is important. Understanding activities and technologies may be even more important. This case study will discuss these ideas.
