About the session

Organisations often spend time and budget measuring user behaviour in an attempt to predict business outcomes, but neglect measuring the experience the user has while using a product or service, which arguably is a better predictor of conversion. 

In this talk we will look at the area of Key Experience Indicators (KEIs), experience-focused KPIs which allow us to measure users’ experiences. We will share a useful framework for defining what, why and how to measure, and what to do with the results.
