About the session

How many times have you actually read the terms and conditions before checking the box to say you agree to them?

When designing/delivering digital services, we’ve noticed a frequent request to ‘just add a checkbox’. As inquisitive designers, we endeavoured to discover why.

In this talk we discuss how to both include all stakeholders and users in co-design, but also to make sure we are looking across a whole service and tackling the challenging problems rather than choosing the easiest solution.

Hope enjoys working with clients to help them understand the value and see the rewards of working with an agile approach. She is particularly passionate about approaches which work closely with users to understand their needs when designing services.

Hope enjoys using skills in agile and co-design with users to create services that are successful for both client and user.

From a pre-covid world where a lot of time was spent on trains travelling to clients to now more and more time spent on teams calls, Hope is constantly adapting her approach and learning new techniques for facilitation in the new hybrid world.
