About the session

Design is a response to how things are now. It’s a way of recognising how things are changing, and how they could change in the future. It should be something that is ‘then and now’. Helping us to set out what something could be, but also a process for making the priorities in our work real and connected to the futures we’re designing for.

We can start by learning to see and work with the many patterns in the world around us, using design as a way of exploring, connecting and applying new ways of working and thinking.

This Endnote will focus on how we can use 'new models of doing’ to shape and lead what happens next, helping us all to focus on the steps we need to take to get there.
