About the session

Those inheriting small-businesses risk that business grinding to a halt if they can’t access software to pay suppliers and their employees on time. As providers of industry-leading software aimed at small-business, we wanted to support our customers to have more control over their data to protect the future of their business.

In this case study, we share our approach and learnings on how we orchestrated the changes needed to design a digital legacy service.

In our session, we’ll walk through our approach on how a small team was able to build a case and experiment to create a digital legacy service.

Expect to hear real research stories from bereaved relatives of our customers and insights from our Customer Relationship team who support them through the process.

Themes:
UX, Service Design, Digital Legacy, Bereavement, Accessibility, Digital Transformation, Design Process, Ethics, Thought-Provoking.
