Those inheriting small-businesses risk that business grinding to a halt if they can’t access software to pay suppliers and their employees on time. As providers of industry-leading software aimed at small-business, we wanted to support our customers to have more control over their data to protect the future of their business. 

In this case study, we share our approach and learnings on how we orchestrated the changes needed to design a digital legacy service.
