Content-led design is often held up as a paragon of good UX. What does it mean in practice? In an eight-month agile web build project for ActionAid International we put content and content strategy first and content strategists worked with a designer and developers in an unusually content-first way. We'll discuss the benefits and the challenges of this way of working and look at the tools and methods we used and the outputs we produced.
