About the session

UX research is a fantastic way of allowing us to keep in contact with our customers and minimise risk in the decisions we make when designing.

However, conducting research is a costly process in terms of time, and often money, so we need to ensure we are conducting the right research in the right order.

In this activity-led workshop there will be discussion and activities to help establish UX research priorities, develop key skills when collaborating with stakeholders, as well as to understand when UX research is not required.

Participant Takeaways:

  • Identify what makes a UX research request a priority either for your team or the business
  • Communicate research requirements and priority decisions with stakeholders
  • Use a priority framework to establish what research your team should do next

Themes:
Frameworks, UR, Research, ResearchOps
