About the session
As human beings, our lives can be documented by moments we recall time and time again. As those involved in creating user experiences, we face the daunting challenge of intentionally creating these memorable moments as part of our projects.
In this workshop, we’ll explore how we can defy people’s expectations of how an experience will unfold to ‘break the script’.
