About the session
Website analytics can be highly informative for UX projects, especially during the research and design stages. However, it is often overlooked because of its scale, density and focus on marketing metrics.
I’ll use step-by-step methods and hands-on practice to show you how you can use analytics platforms to underpin your personas, user journeys and information architecture research with real data from existing users. (We’ll be using Google, but the principles can be transferred to other platforms.)
