About the session

This session is designed to help us reflect on where our products and services might be causing harm to users, and to collectively design some patterns to mitigate against that!

It’s open to anyone interested in critiquing their work and challenging themselves to reflect on how we can design better. This session will help you get creative and imagine better designs for users.

  • Understand the power and responsibility that comes with your role as a designer
  • Understand how users might experience worry, trauma and uncertainty when using your services
  • Practice critiquing your work using tools to identify and flag where harm might be being caused to users.
