About this Case Study
Designing digital services to meet users' needs is rarely simple. But when the users are vulnerable victims of sexual violence and abuse with complex emotional needs, the challenges and the responsibility to get it right can feel overwhelming.
In this session, I will share my experience of building services and products for vulnerable victims of crime, with a specific focus on the challenges I have encountered in undertaking user research with this hard-to-reach group.
