About this Case Study

Reinventing an experience in a large-scale information environment, with numerous stakeholders, is a challenge when you don't stop with printed deliverables but want to make it real. By applying a culture of agility, my team “in residence" achieved a real change in the physical environment of our project as well as in its modelling. This was an opportunity to create a framework to guide our client through the steps from discovery to the new experience delivery, which is our goal as designers. Come and find out more about how we did it!
