About this Case Study

This session will represent the work of a global community of user researchers, who have been working together over the last 8 months, to answer the question: what is ResearchOps? It will cover:

- where we are in the #WhatisResearchOps process
- the results of the #WhatisResearchOps initiative: a framework, what we've learnt and what next
- a tour through our #WhatisResearchOps Kumu data model (Kumu, you say? Come to find out.)
