About this Tutorial

This tutorial will take participants through the end-to-end process for setting up and running user testing sessions for voice interfaces such as Alexa using the Wizard of Oz testing method. Participants will also get the opportunity to create their own sample dialogues and conversational flows and test them out with other participants. We will finish by looking at good practice for designing dialogue flows and conversations.
