About this Case Study

We've designed B2B user experiences to be less usable and beautiful than their B2C counterparts. It’s time to change, and we've never been better placed to unleash the full business-changing power of UX for B2B customers. Using real-world examples from FTSE 100 companies, this session will teach models, frameworks and approaches to researching, designing and delivering profitable B2B experiences that business customers will love.

About the Speaker

I’m an award-winning Customer Experience Consultant living in Bristol, who has spent almost two decades in a variety of roles; the customer experience guy at large companies like BT and Virgin Media, a UX designer for digital agencies, founder of a web start-up and part of an international cooperative of designers and developers.

Recently, I’ve brought customer-driven research, strategy and design to FTSE 100 companies, Arm and Rentokil Initial. Right now, I’m helping a Russell Group University reimagine and design the experience for their students and staff.

Increasingly, I mentor and train teams and leaders, while regularly contributing to design, marketing and technology events and publications. My last contribution was UCD Bristol and my next will be UX Scotland in June 2019.

Originally from Tipperary, Ireland, I now live with three women, two of whom are my daughters. These days, you might catch a glimpse of me climbing up or biking down mountains for Mind Over Mountain, most recently on Aconcagua, Argentina where I trained for a World Record attempt to cycle at the highest elevation ever!
