As data sources become more informed, abundant and accessible, the opportunities and expectations to provide greater customer experiences increase.
We’ll talk about these opportunities; to better understand and engage with users on an ever more personal level, and discuss how we harness information to provide greater, more informed experiences for customers.
This open and honest session will also cover my own beliefs and principles around intelligent UX, explore how they have changed over time and find out why. Have they changed for the better? I’ll let you decide.
About the Speaker
Currently employed as a digital design and UX director, I'm fortunate enough to work on wide variety of projects for a diverse range of clients - from boats to botanical gardens, from finance to fabrics - each with their own unique customers and requirements. This experience hopefully justifies people listening to what I have to say. Certainly enough experience to notice the change in the way we go about designing stuff and making sure it looks great and works really well. Which is more or less why we're all here.
