Our daily experiences at work can often be overlooked by our dedication and focus to design exceptional experiences for our clients. With ambitious plans to grow the Orange Bus team, we knew that we would face challenges in our current Employee Experience, but where, and how, would we begin to address these issues?
In this talk, Joanne will demonstrate the approach taken by Orange Bus to improve our own employee experience and how this approach can be adapted to any workplace.
About the Speaker
With over a decade of industry experience, Joanne has supported organisations such as the BBC, NHS and Sage to better understand their customers and to design digital services and products that meet their needs, whilst maintaining usability and engagement.
Joanne is passionate about following a research-driven approach to bridge the gap between both business and customer needs, unveiling new opportunities and selecting appropriate cutting-edge digital technologies along the way. As a founder and organiser of Northern User Experience Newcastle, Joanne is passionate about building the UX community through active sharing of both experience and knowledge.
Joanne works as the UX Director for digital agency, Orange Bus, headquartered in Newcastle upon Tyne. By providing strategic-level input to clients, Joanne leads the UX team to design and build the interaction layer between users and technology.
