Registers of Scotland

We’re Registers of Scotland and we’ve been looking after Scotland’s land and property records since 1617.

We’re the definitive source of data for all property transactions in Scotland. Our residential and commercial data is the most accurate and up-to-date in the country.

The world has changed a lot in the last 400 years, and so have we. We’re currently evolving from a paper-based registration department to a digital knowledge and information business.

We’re replacing the historic General Register of Sasines with the Land Register of Scotland. When complete, the land register will be a significant public asset for Scotland: a fully searchable, map-based picture of who owns what.

User Vision

User Vision has been delivering quality UX insight, design and strategy to clients across the globe since 2000.

We are a consultancy dedicated to improving the customer experience of our clients’ products and services, ensuring that they meet the needs of the target audiences in a way that is both usable and compelling.

We create bespoke solutions based on our clients’ individual needs and can utilise a wide range of services including consulting, testing, reviewing, evaluation and training to ensure these needs are met. We believe that engaging design has to be underpinned by robust research into who the users are, how they behave and what they need. This insight is the foundation of effective design solutions.

Specialising in web development and Lean UX, we love working with clients who share our passion for creating high quality products that deliver real business value.

We combine in-depth technical, design and business knowledge with experience across multiple industries. We are long term lean and agile practitioners and over the years our previous colleagues have literally written the book on Lean UX.

Our clients cover startup, enterprise and public sector organisations and we flex our approach to fit with their unique requirements. Previous and existing clients include Deliveroo, The Government Digital Service, 38 Degrees, Registers of Scotland, General Electric, JP Morgan and many others.

We don't cut corners, and will never compromise the quality of your product to create more work for ourselves, or to undercut other consultancies on price. With Cultivate, you get the best industry talent, the highest quality code, and unparalleled excellence in software strategy, scalability and sustainability.
